Jorge Pensi
specializes in lighting and furniture design and has become widely known for his
elegant and fluid designs. A very active designer, he has won numerous prizes in
Europe, including the Silver Delta Awards from the Assoziazione del Disegno Industriale,
Ministry of Industry and an Award from the Stuttgart Design Center. Jorge Pensi
is one of Europe’s leading furniture designers, and his work for kron spans many
models and designs.

Alberto Lievore
established his residence in Spain in 1977, where he founded the Architecture and
Design firm Group Berenguer with Jorge Pensi. Their association quickly proved successful,
as they created the image of the SIDI fairgrounds, the platform that projected Spanish
design internationally. Lievore formed his own studio in 1991 where he assembled
a strong design team, which has received many international awards. Among the most
notable ones is the Best Design Prize – from the prestigious Valencia Furniture
Fair.

The late Italian architect Gianfranco
Frattini was internationally renowned for his architectural projects, interiors and product designs. Frattini received numerous awards and prizes. His product designs are on permanent display in the New York Museum of Modern Art, Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago and the Museum of Art in Munich

José Luis Pérez Ortega,
industrial designer, is a graduate of the "Scuola Politécnica de Disegno" of Milan,
and has developed several design projects for firms in Europe and the United States.
He is now living in Madrid where, in addition to his design activity, he is a professor
at both the Escuela Estatal de Disegno Industrial and the Instituto Europeo de Disegno. |

Ramon Benedito is one of Spain's most famous industrial designers.
Benedito is a native of Barcelona and a graduate of The Elisava Design School. Drawing
on his broad teaching experience, he founded the Transatlantic Group in 1983, which
conducts important technological research.

Antoni Arola studied at the EINA,
and he worked in the design studio of Jorge Pensi and Alberto Lievore. In 1990 he
opened his own interior and industrial design firm. He has won numerous international
design awards such as the Delta de Plata or the Liderpack. Manel Molina studied interior
and industrial design at the Escuela de Arte y Diseño EINA. He worked as an industrial
designer in the design studio of Miguel Mila and in 1991 he founded the Lievore
Altherr Molina design studio, in association with Alberto Lievore and Jeanette Altherr.

Roberto Lucci
and Paolo Orlandini,
started their career in the mid 60's; have designed nearly 220 products, which are
or have been regularly manufactured for years and are among the few designers who
can claim to have "signed" over 3.000.000 chairs. Products designed by Lucci &
Orlandini are in the Design Collections of the Museum of Modern Art in New York,
of the Centre National d'Art Contemporain of the Louvre in Paris and the Museum
of Contemporary Art in Chicago.

Jane Dillon and
Peter Wheeler, after studying Industrial and Interior
Design, both graduated from the Royal College of Art with degrees in Furniture Design.
They have collaborated together in the creation of furniture designs for numerous
European, North American and Japanese companies since 1986.

Bartoli Design is a group of six architects and designers
who continue the work that Carlo Bartoli initiated in the 60's. They have been awarded
the Apex Product Design Award and the IF Design Award amongst others. Bartoli Design's
work is shown in the permanent collections at the Centre George Pompidou in Paris
and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
